CHURCH HISTORY

There is little to be said at this time.

1) The church was founded by Mosheh Eesho Muhammad Al-faraj Thezion early 2004, who having been inspired from birth, and at the age of 11, and at the age of 33 by a homeless woman who drank from the gutter.

2) The church is dedicated to ending homelessness and hunger across the USA and across the world at large.

3) At this time, (12-22-08) the church has raised a total of one dollar and fifty three cents.
All of which is in a safe place.

4) At the beginning of 2009, a new solicitation campaign may begin, and we are hopeful, and have great faith for the future. One without homelessness.

5) late in 2008, In the Ontario tent city, I was assaulted by two very large, bald, muscled, tattooed angry men, who were inspired by the confusion had by other persons, who sought to question me, and while I was explaining, I was thrown to the floor, and if it were not for the intervention of David Busch, A well known homeless advocate, I would surely of had my face kicked in.

6) As of 2009, Feb... I have attempted to contact the city of Los Angeles many times, and the responce, from the LA ciy council, and the LAHSA, has always been... That... 'They ignore me.'

The following is the letter I sent Them.
--------------------

To ALL MEMBERS.... OF THEIR COUNCIL... OF THE LAHSA;

From : Mosheh Eesho Muhammad Al-faraj Thezion, Avatar General of the Empirical Church.

Concerning : Expanding city wide efforts to deal with the massive problem of homelessness , which the city simply cannot afford to fix, and which I believe I can fix, for you, and well, mostly for them, the meek, my brothers and sisters.
You may initially ask, why am I doing this? Attempting this? working for this? trying this?? and suggesting this to you??? And the answer is that it is the right thing to do.
If we are all family, then, well, I dont know about your family, but in my family, WE, do not let our brothers and sisters sleep outside in the gutter, and eat from trash cans.

And yet of course the problem is much larger than that, and indeed you know that, and so let me express to you now.... EXACTLY, WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO.
THESE ARE MY ACTUAL PLANS, WHICH I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO... ASSUMING I WAS ABLE TO DO SO. Which I could, if you can help me!

IF, however, these plans, are not workable, similar plans will be developed to overcome whatever maybe present as an obsticle to this effort. And plans will move forward.

1) First, assuming I had some kind of help from compitent people, I would be more than happy to form a new Non-profit corporation, a 501c(3), as the specific charitable arm of the overall order, so that, as you may understand, the CHURCH, as it were, can then mearly serve the religious plurilist function of incouraging religion, for each person, and if they dont have one then perhaps they might consider whats available, which is all world religions. And this nuetral church structure would be made available in this non specific religious / secular humanist charitable 501c3 org, which we can simply call the Brotherhood of Earth, or something cool like that. We, as is in me.. and ? who? You?
(This maintains seperation of church and state, and yet yields to federal authority by a willingness to organise as a 501c3 in openness, as the brotherhood, which is simply the secular strong arm of the family of god, and there is alot of work to do, as many of our brothers need our help. And any long term disputes can be settled at a future date.)

2) If by some apparent miracle we get a 'PERMIT' to set up a new form of self organized plurilist religious / secular order of humans, in the initial form of a technically advanced Tent City, offering abundant free toilet paper, large toilet areas, with either small safe showers, or otherwise warm water sponge bathing areas, with some form of drainage for all this mysterious water we will be using, somehow. With completely seperate living, dining, and bathing areas for men and women, and a neutral zone, and some form of communal large scale kitchen which provides fresh healthy meals everyday for every member, and or otherwise prescibed meals as needed. (This would be built up with solicited funds, and by the labor of the first 12 or so members and expanded into 120 or so as able, following a preset plan based on the available land area, and drainage.)

3) Having acquired the land area, and more than one vehical, recruitment would begin simply by offering a spoken contract agreement with any and all homeless persons, as we are building a brotherhood of all human kind, as all people are our brothers and sisters, and so we offer a form of opporunity for them, a large scale social / spiritual / economic / security organization, which will take them in, attempt to house them, feed them, train them, help them, educate them, employ them, and or otherwise offer any and all levels of help, from temporary assistance to long term care for life, the only catch is, we, the homeless are building it, and we must all, together organize and do the work to make it possible and to make it happen. There are bathrooms of a sort, with private space for washing, and good food, and work, and family, because that is what we all are, family.
Presuming many say yes, as I know they will, we can move to step four.

4) The recruited members can easily be divided by those who want to lead and say they are willing to work, and those who are less motivated, and those who would like too but have problems, and those who dont want too and have bigger problems, and or otherwise think they do, and probubly do. These people will be divided into militant plattoons with a seargent and squad leaders, and each Plattoon works as a unit on its daily goals, all with reasonable loose flexable scheduals, and even 36 hour day programs for those who desire such. These initial efforts, would be building the tent city meager temporary infrastructure, such as working computer and telephone connections and toilet and shower services, and estabishing the work areas and the beginnings of atleast 100 new labor based buisnesses to be offered by the homeless org, as employment sources for its members, the first of which is not a buisness but is door to door, and buisness by buisness solicitation for support of our efforts, which easily expands into door to door sales, marketing services, pamphlets, temporary labor services, and basically anything and everything we can get these people to do, with the intention of forming profitable ventures so that they can begin getting paid, and their lives improved by their gains daily, and hopefully for many, a return to normal working class society.
(Start up would require the recruitment of individuals who are at the very least willing to work, and try and try again, assuming they are 'very' well fed.)

5) Other than work, the organized daily efforts are geared towards rehablitiating and ever expanding and following the ideal, of "Be all you can be", and as such, the entire effort of self improvement is taken as mandatory for each to pursue, and take notes by hand, as evidence of this progress, yet the form of, is up to the individual, and limited to what learning material and space is availble for it, such as education by studing school books, and improving math skills or practicing some skill such as welding or knitting, music, sewing, or otherwise engaging in what can honestly be considered an educational practice, which by default shall be the general study of all the sciences, or religion.
Also everyone gets one day off, to do nothing, literally, and people are incouraged to rest as much as possible, however which day per week is up to the individual, but it must always be the same day each week. On the five days they work as much as they are able, up to 8 hours, and then do some self improvement, on the sixth day, they do 3-4 hours of self improvement, and on the seventh day they do nothing at all, basically.
(These rules being the standard guide, as enforcing it is an entirely different matter. We are not actually building an army, we are building a family, and in family there is a certain level of freedom, responsibibltity, chores, and needed cooperation for mutual support.)

6) The greatest challenges will come in the form of the many members, who.. are in no shape to begin any work effort anytime soon, and often need to be cleaned up in more ways than one, and assuming it is their wish to do so, it will be offered as the manpower of the working membership is able to provide, such as isolated desert or mountain retreats for assured sobriety, or detailed mental health services for those in need. And this is where things can get very problematic, as rights and free will and other concepts make the application of help toward those who dont want it, a crime. And so, under many circumstances the organization will be un-able to offer help, without state intervention.

7) Each individual member is given many various options and can exercise or change these options at any time from day one, until anyday, at any time. These options include status conditions mostly, and they would range from (purple status) leadership / management positions, to (green status) vollunteer part time workers, and then those who want nothing to do with anything and only want temporary help (blue status), and then those, who due to craziness or lazyness refuse to work( white status). Meaning those of white status are incouraged to become blue or green, and in some cases purple, but everything is done based on the wishes of the individual in question, and whether they can do the job or not. If not, then we have identified the first areas of training this person needs to improve themselves. In this way the organization treats people exactly the way they represent themselves to be, as if you act crazy, it will be pressumed that you may very well be.
While freedom is loved and wonderful, it would be understood by all members and it is written in stone that freedom, is for those who want it, its easy, because no one is more free than the homeless person who has nothing. Security, is found by working together for mutual support and assistance, in a highly organized fashion, so that we are never alone, and our survival and livelyhood is not dependant mearly on our own actions, because more often than not it is that self reliance requirement of capitalism that leaves people in the streets, eating from trash cans, and drinking from the gutter.
The fact is, the vast masses of homeless persons would be willing to help out, and do various labors and work, but it would have to be made easy, very easy for them to do so, as 'if' they are literally 'retarded'. Seriously, they need help, in organizing their lives, their education, their daily scheduals to work, eat and sleep, because ... honestly.. left on their own, they mess it up, loose their jobs.. and end up on the streets.
The brotherhood, is by design meant to act as, function as, literally, A BIG BROTHER, seriously... but in a way the government cannot show. Because this brother must be able to show love, and be organized by the 3 million homeless people themselves who know what the suffering is like and would gladly work for good food, shelter and a purpose like ending the suffering of homeless people like themselves.
The end goal here, is that nothing is forced on people, and that everything is done to encourage the simple effort to work together on all the endless projects to provide the gains to pay for an end to poverty, one person at a time, using methods of hard labor, modest living, communal sharing and organizing, and focused efforts of work and goals, there is every reason this could function as a great benefit to society, because it would serve the purpose of state controlled, limited communism for those in both temporary and long term need, which is based on and founded on world wide simple concepts of brotherhood, compassion, sharing and caring, which we all agree on.

8) The obsticles and battles will of course be many and huge, which ordinarily make the goals of overall success impossible for both the government and most non-profit orgs because of their methods and planning which is not based on love and family, and life long commitment, and instead takes the form of limited shelter and mental services designed to help them become good workers for the capitalist machine, yet not providing the support structure for life to be able to maintain it.
The main obsticle is cost, which is here by reduced by etsbalishing a maximum salaried income of minimum wage, for all managenent personal, with mandatory free housing and meals and resource allowances for common goods. And then it is to focus all the work efforts in rehabilitation to focus and center around building and running in a very real sense, 1000 or more new buisnesses, for the purpose of employing ORG workers, in this way vollunteer workers can help build up future buisnesses which would then potentially hire them, and also offer the support structure of the organized network called the brotherhood. Combine this, with large phone rooms for solicitation of charitable funds as quarterly tax deductable donations to each and every buisness in the nation.
One major battle, is that the existing charities and shelters would not be pleased by being under cut, since many of these shelter groups make their living off of this poverty.
The next major battle is that percentage wise, the tendency to slip from any new path started by most homeless persons, is likely to be high, and with the entire effort to follow a preset plan of social norms and order, it is all likely to fall to chaos rather easily and quickly, and must therefore be designed specifically to allow for full expression, yet following common law lines of decency, as a standard. Violations of common law decency will result in various terms of banishment, or loss of priviledges, depending on the offence, and under worst cases circumstances, such as assault, government authorities may be called and charges pressed, but only for violent acts. Violence cannot be tolerated.
And so, manners and common law behavior as gentlemen and ladies is established and accepted as the basis and standard of the social norm for all eternity, and that in the organizations boundries of operation, it is mandatory by what is termed standards and protocals, which acts as the common law ground of standards for proper behavior for human beings amoungst each other. The basis of these protocals, and standards being exemplified in various well known accepted cultural norms, such as 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you.' Or be punished likewise.
Under many circumstances it is not that simple, as some men naturally are aggresive and violent and rather enjoy fighting and acts of violence, and often a problem exists when these types of men are collected and stressed under conditions where lesser men of less aggresive nature somehow irritate them, and the non- equal status of strength allows for the abuse of the weak by the strong, when the strong have no 'charm' or 'manners'..
Therefore, in many cases persons, males, WHO exibit violent behavioral tendancies will be eventually segregated into seperate living sections entirely, and provided specialized care in exerting their rage, and focusing their strength for their benefit, and the benefit of others, and engage in self help programs to work on their anger managament, ego, education and long term goals. And or otherwise, those directly around them are other men of equal violent potential, and the tendancy for abuse is reduced, with 'charm' school.
The biggest battle and obsticle is the truely mentally ill, and little can be done, until the funding is developed to build the fascilities for them, not to mention the rights of authority to stop and detain psychotic humans, who may suffer delirium, delusions, paranioas, and otherwise cannot honestly fend for themselves, and require a real family member with legal rights to physically grab them, and deal with them exactly as a family member would, assuming the commitment is for life, and the highest of standards are used to do so, including preplanning with cameras to record the attempts and actions, and all the circumstances involved. What would be ideal, is for the police to arrest them for vagrancy, and act like nice guys, and instead of taking the guy to jail for one night, give them a choice, jail or a government friendly commune based on "being all you can be" with good food, simple work, and lots of activities for learning and training, with very low pressure. Which only requires that people be friendly, and nice, generally.
This makes the decision to sign up and try, honestly, a real decision, and one based on free will, but this kind of relationship between the org and the sheriff for example, would require special funding for the men in white suits with the nets and other infrastructure in the worst case scenarios which are bound to occur, for some with special needs.

9) The overall vision... : is very simple.
a) Organize various city interests into forming a new 501c3, together raising funds to open a technically advanced tent city, with highly detailed and organized work efforts and planning to work in daily teaching everyone how to start up and run 1000 or more buisnesses as the very rehabilitation process the vast majority of the people need and want, by default. Besides, individual study efforts.
b) It would function by offering its deal to the homeless and recruit them, as the workers and leaders and builders of the organization, with the vast majority of the paid employees deriving their income from the result of profitable labors done by themselves in cooperation with the organization. And providing simple labors for all vollunteer laborers which attempts to offset their living costs, and in most cases provide excess gain which is then used in the general fund.
c) To build up the infrastructure to handle large numbers of persons in need, due to personal problems of endless variety, and to serve as the family each human can turn to even if their own has abandoned them. And in its daily operation it would provide free and equal access and expression of all religions and provides a neutral religious center deemed a church, which in fairness shares its space and is open to the discussion of all considerations regarding religion and reality.
d) Its function is to by design expand and grow until there are no homeless persons, and poverty is at a minimum for any one nation, and at that point, its purpose would be to push its workers to gain work in the free market economy and return to normal citizen status again, and provide donations overtime, from their prosperity. Once there are no homeless, its growth potential stops, and its investment efforts turn towards disaster preparidness and international expanion.
e) Its purpose is to train, and maintain the lives of those who need the help.
Its moto is Romans 15:1.... "We then that are strong, ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves."
The credo of the super hero. Together we have that kind of power and potential.

I also sent that same letter to the Santa Monica city council, to which they had atleast the courtesy to respond with a "no".

The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority completely ignored my letters.
As the LA city council has done for over a year, several times.
