It should be noted, that all members must take and hold to a vow of relative poverty, where in all employees, no matter their rank, or employed position are paid no more than minmum wage, salaried at 40 hours a week.
The vast majority of the members will not be paid, but will share in the use of built up items for member use, as vollunteers.
Those, capable of leading others, and capable of taking on responsibility and can follow orders, may gain a position of rank, which MAY include a paid salary, if possible.
The Salaries of the ranking membership, is meant to be derived from wealth produced by labors in production and services the church will establish for the purposes of training and rehabilitating and paying for the overhead of employing the ranking officers, who then lead and care for the vast body of the previously homeless persons. In otherwords, donations, are not meant to pay salaries, and salaries, are meant to be paid by the labor of the membership body.
Meaning, we do not solicite to pay our selves, we solicite to help others, and work to provide any pay which may be deserved, which is always limited to minimum wage.
